THE PROBLEM

The need to perform ticket revenue reconciliation from 50+ Agents globally, from various channels – Mobile, Card and Cash, and to post the same in the Airline’s ERP. The process prior to the automation was painstakingly manual, cumulatively taking in excess of 12 hours each day. Further, there was little management visibility on the reconciliation status for each ticket Agency

THE SOLUTION

An AI Chatbot now pre-validates the Airline’s ticket revenue collected and banked, against the actual ticketing value logged in the Airline's flight management system, before the same can be submitted to finance for approval, automatically through a workflow within the Chatbot. There is also a back end robot that reconciles Mobile and Card transactions against their core system – Navitaire and send reports for exceptions

THE IMPACT
